New Regulations Regarding Retail Outlets in Decree 09

Decree 09/2018/ND-CP includes provisions regarding conditions on the establishment of retail outlets by a foreign investment companies. The objective of the decree in the retail sector is to provide for a more transparent framework for foreign investors.

The provision cover: Establishment of the first retail outlet, conditions required for the establishment of the first outlet, a comprehensive financial plan for the business, certify that the business has no overdue taxes, and that the location of the first outlet complies with local planning rules.
