The Ministry of Finance has issued a draft decree on the issuance and management of government guarantees for domestic and foreign loans, the issuance of domestic bonds of enterprises; Domestic banks' issuance of domestic bonds for the implementation of the State policy credit program.
Bộ Tài chính đang dự thảo Nghị định về cấp và quản lý bảo lãnh chính phủ đối với khoản vay trong nước và nước ngoài, khoản phát hành trái phiếu trong nước của doanh nghiệp; khoản phát hành trái phiếu trong nước của ngân hàng chính sách thực hiện chương trình tín dụng chính sách của Nhà nước.
